Thank You!

First, I just want to thank everyone for their wonderful comments on my last post. I have added all the suggestions for a shop name onto my list, and I have a pretty long list of possible names now. The one name I always have loved- Bit for Bit - or Piece by Piece in English, is already taken by another quilt shop in Norway, and since there aren't that many shops here, I will have to decide on a different name. I will let you know when I have made my decision.

I have managed to get some sewing done this weekend as well. I finally finished my "Angel from Hell" bag from the quilt association's annual meeting yesterday, and I will use it to keep my 365 day challenge pieces in. That way it will be easy to take it with me on trips and vacations ( like I will be going anywhere once the shop opens...LOL)
Kini is going on a schooltrip for a week, and wanted a new pencilcase, so she pulled the fabrics she wanted, and I made her one today, or actually I made two- these are so quick to make, and it just makes sense to sew two at a time.
This coming week I will try to finish up a couple of UFO's, they seem to multiply in numbers all by themselves LOL I have no idea how that pile got so high... Have a great week everyone!

  2. I feel so happy for you and the new adventure of opening your very own quilt shop. It sounds so wonderful. If I were there, I would surely come shopping. I can't wait to see the photos and read all about it when you get it ready to open!

  7. Så fine sminkepungar. Er det Lise Bergene?
No ventar eg i spenning på neste trekk i butikk-saka! Synd Tynset ligg så langt borte.
