Our booth at the NQF Quiltweekend

Today I would like to show you some pictures from our booth at the Norwegian Quilt Association's meeting in Kristiansand this past weekend.

The past weeks I have been busy getting ready for this annual event- sewing samples ( and borrowing from designers and local quilters)

I was able to finish my Swoon quilt,(to the left in the picture), and I am really happy with how it turned out.  Merete Ellingsen quilted it for me, and as always she did a wonderful job!

It takes us a day to put the booth together, but it only took 90 minutes to pack it back down on Sunday.  We had a long drive home to Tynset, so we really wanted to get going.  We drove straight home, only stopping for gas and a drive-through burger....
We had a great time in Kristiansand, now we're looking forward to the Norwegian Quilt Festival in September where we will have a booth as well :-)

  2. The stand looks wonderful Anne Heidi... beautiful display of such lovely items... I did not realise how big the Swoon blocks are, seeing them nearby to other things, shows me they are big! Well done to you all

  4. En kjempefin butikk dere hadde. Litt penger la jeg nok igjen der, men det er vel meningen....
Veldig mange fine quilter dere hadde også. Og veldig kjekt å hilse på igjen..
