Hand applique

A few finishes.

I am just so thrilled to show you my finished "Le Jardin" BOM from Bunny Hill.  Merete has done such a wonderful job quilting it for me- Thank you Merete!! This was such a fun quilt to make, I can see more hand applique in my future.

The next finish is a new pencil case/bag for Sigve.  The zipper in his old one broke, so I made him a new one using batiks.

I managed to fuse all twenty santas onto the tablerunner last weekend, but haven't found the time to actually get the sewing done.... Good thing Christmas is still a few weeks away.....

What I DID find time to sew was this quick and easy camera pouch- using Lazy Girl Design's pattern "Maggie". This was REALLY quick to make, and I really needed a pouch to keep my camera safe from scratches in my purse.

And I finished the mittens I showed a while ago.....

This is the inside

And then I went on to Kristine's Norwegian/American mittens.... I've been watching cross country skiing on tv today, so I got to do a little knitting :-)

I got a lovely E-mail from Vanessa on Friday, she's the one I sent to in the 3-2-1 tote bag swap. She had received her bag which was really fast- only a week.  I am so happy she liked it!  I'll post pictures of it later, or you can pop over to her blog and see it there.
thanks for stopping by- have a great week!
