Easter fun

Hi there, I hope you all had a wonderful Easter! We sure did. A whole week at the cabin with my parents and my brother. Lots of fun in the snow, and quality time with the family. As you can see Sigve had plenty of fun in the snow..... I think it felt good to get back in the sauna after this.... Now we're ready to head right into spring! Soccer practice started today, and the kids rode their bikes to band practice :-)
I managed to get a little bit done during Easter break... I finished a pair of socks, and started another one... and I finished block 1 in the fairytale quilt by AnnAKa. I had traced the second block, but forgot to iron on the stabilizer I use on the back.

I also finished block 1 in Rosalie Quinlan's Friendship's greetings quilt.

When I came home from work today Ola had collected the mail, and he figured I got waaay to many envelopes.... Oh my goodness will you look at that.... The final pin cushion club kit from Quilt fabric delights, two issues of Homespun, Quiltmaker AND McCall's quilting..... I am running circles around myself trying to decide what to read/make first.... I have to admit I have fallen for the "Breast of friends" quilt in Homespun, and I have the first issue as well, it arrived before Easter. Is anyone else out there making this quilt? I would love to see!
Oh well, I better get started on SOMETHING. Maybe I should FINISH something already started first, what do you think? I'll let you know what I decide...
Thank you for stopping by!

I am in love with your placemats - coffee mat set and what a great idea to keep them in the little basket. I enjoyed my visit, you are inspirational.
