I'm sending off this potholder to my swap partner in Alaska today. I figured one of the things in common for Alaska and Norway would be the moose, so I dug out some moose fabric from my stash. The pattern is from the Norwegian designer AnnAKa.
Her var det utrolig mye flott å se!! Er innom for første gang og jeg kommer veldig gjerne tilbake :) En kjempekoselig blogg. Og så er det så hyggelig å finne flere bloggere som elsker lapper :)
i work with Angie, your recipient, and she just showed me your potholder. It looks even better in person! I'm going to sketch it to try to make one of my own. I told her not to use it but instead to hang it on the wall as art!
That is a really funny pot holder:-) Don't you just love AnnAKa's patterns? And the moose whas a great idea! Your swap friend must be very pleased:-)
ReplyDeletethat's a very nice potholder. I've never seen fabric with moose on it.
ReplyDeleteBlir nok kjempe glade i Alaska for å få slike flotte grytekluter.
ReplyDeleteThat is very cool!
ReplyDeleteWhat a shame we don´t have so many moose around here (germany)! Great potholder!
ReplyDeleteI love the moose fabric! And I didn't know you had moose in your part of the world. Your swap partner is going to love it.
