A cold new year

My first post in 2010.... I changed the layout of my blog (again) and deleted a few of the buttons from past swaps etc. (as you can see a few are still there...) And I am sure new buttons will be added in 2010 :-)
The year is off to a cold wintery start, it was -37.5C here this morning, so we've pretty much stayed indoor all day long- at home and at work.   A new year means counting all the inventory at the shop(s), a BIG task... so I am sure we'll stay busy for a week or so.
The pictures are from the place where our cabin is.  We celebrated New Years Eve there with my parents and my brother, it was so peaceful and relaxing- A great beginning of what I hope will be a great year!
Thank you so much for stopping by- I really appreciate it!
Have a great day!

Brrrrr -37,5C. We had -14C last night, that’s enough cold for me...!

    Good luck with the inventory!

  4. It feels cold here with our 5o F but from what I'm reading there are so many around the world with much colder temps so perhaps I'm actually warm and don't know it. ;) But it feels cold!
    Wishing you a wonderful day.

  7. I LOVE your snow pictures !!! I live in Georgia, United States, and naturally we don't get snow, I feel like I'm a "mountain" person stuck in the South.
