We just got back home from a fun but wet week in Sweden where the boys played in a big soccer tournament. 303 teams participated, 8 from our town of Tynset, so we had lots of fun watching many games every day. The week started out really nice, but it started raining on the second day, and it kept raining and raining..... I was so happy we had decided to stay at a hotel rather than getting a camper.... The campground was a muddy mess... not very inviting at all. But we all kept our spirits up and had a blast! Two of the Tynset teams made the finals today, and Girls 15 yrs. and boys 14yrs both won the silver medal. Way to go!!! Two teams also got awarded the "great sportmanship award", and we are so proud of them!
I had brought a stitchery and some knitting to keep my hands busy, but the week flew by and I really didn't get much done at all.... When we got back home last night I had a couple of exciting parcels waiting for me though, so I better get busy so I can start something new.
