Some finishes
I promised you I'd show you the tablerunner and the pincushion, and I almost forgot- sorry!! Anyhow here they are, all finished. The pincushion is already in use as you can see. The tablerunner now resides in the shop window, next to the witch quilt.
I also managed to sew three bags last week, one as a birthdaypresent for my aunt, and the other two, hmm, who knows, they also live at the shop at the moment. A friend was making three bags at a time at the last quilt meet, so I figured I'd give it a try as well, and hey, it didn't take a whole lot longer to make three than one... Fun! The pattern is the "By veska" by AnnAKa- my favorite bag pattern!
Thanks for stopping by, I'm off to the sewing machine again...

Flotte bager. Jeg har også sydd en etter mønsteret Byveska. Det er favorittbagen min, og jeg har planer om å sy fler, det var bare det med å få tid til alt en har lyst til!
ReplyDeleteThe fabric in the table runner is fabulous!! I will have to keep an eye out for it. You always chose the best fabric!

You have been busy again! Love the pincushion, have decided I need to sign up for them as well!!! Do you think they will send me an extra few hours as well??
ReplyDeleteI love all the projects. That pincushion is adorable. The tablerunner turned out great. I love the colors and pattern. And, the bags.....cute! It's funny how it really is true that it doesn't take much longer to make several instead of just one. It's like magic. :)
