My stars have been sewn together! Now I really need to decide how to quilt it....
I have also finished the fist little block of " A quilter's Christmas Calendar" by AnnAKa. We have this at the shop as a club, and our next meeting is on Tuesday, so I better get going on the next block(s)
Every once in a while I show you the view from my sewingroom, and this was my view a few days ago when it was really cold. The good part about cold weather is at least we have a blue sky!
Tomorrow Ola and I are heading to Trondheim for the day. He has an orthodonist appointment there, so I am sure we'll have a nice day shopping after he's done there :-) He has already decided on TGIF fo lunch, so that should be nice. Now I'm heading upstairs- not to my sewingroom, but to our excercise room to burn those TGIF calories in advance....LOL.
I just love the star quilt...beautiful. The view from your window is so pretty...stark contrast to Australia at the moment.
ReplyDeleteWhat a gorgeous view! I love the snow -- I might need to move to Norway! Your stars are beautiful and that little calendar piece is very intriguing -- I can't wait to see more!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful star quilt! The BOTM is gorgeous, too. Your photo could be a greeting card - so pretty!
