This past weekend Kristine was home from University. She has every Friday off this semester, which means she gets a long weekend EVERY week :-) Most weekends she spends studying in Oslo, so it was really nice to have her home for a couple of days! The boys were happy to see her again as well. She came by the shop on Friday and picked out yarn for a new knitting project- A new sweater in Alpacca yarn- nice and soft!
My own knitting basket is in serious need of some attention.... There are a few WIP's in there as well....
The reason for my neglected knitting basket might just be my hand sewing projects... I love the pretty fabrics from Primitive Gatherings.
This was a fun quick project using Atkinson Design's pattern "Merry Go Round". I have a hexagon ruler I never used before, and I finally got to try it! ( I knew I needed that ruler....)
This week I found out who I am sending to in the Secret Santa Clause Swap..... I am so excited! Now I need to figure out what I want to make for her.... :-)
Thank you for stopping by- Have a wonderful day!
